How much is Shipping?

Standard postage in Australia is calculated at checkout depending on the weight and how many items you order.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do and you’ll find us rolling out everywhere from Norway to North America. International shipping costs do vary though and are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reach every corner of the globe just yet so if you don't make it past our checkout it means we’re unable to ship to you. Please kindly note the courier service we're currently using cannot deliver to PO boxes so please make sure the address you pop in is a street address.

When will I receive my #balls?

We do try our best to roll our #balls out to you within 2-14 business days because we want you to enjoy them asap however sometimes due to circumstances out of our control it can take longer. Once the product leaves Clean Treats Pty Ltd it is the responsibility of the chosen courier to ensure the product arrives in a timely fashion and in good order.

How can I track my order?

For Australian ballers, you can track your order via Australia Post or Fastway.

*hint Fastway numbers will usually start with an RZ, VZ or NZ number.

For our international ballers, you can track your order via DHL here.

Just follow the link from your confirmation email. Please note once your package has left our premises it’s best to contact the courier handling your delivery directly. We also can’t track from Instagram so it’s best to pop it in your enquiry to them or email us.

‍I haven't received a confirmation email?

Please make sure you enter your email account in correctly at checkout to ensure you receive your fulfillment notifications and tracking number.  Be sure to also check your junk and spam folders just in case as sometimes they like to play hide and seek. If you can’t find it, please email our customer service angels at and we’ll investigate.
